In Greek Mythology, Sisyphus' punishment was to push a boulder up a mountain only to see it roll down again, thereby having to repeat this process for eternity.

In Albert Camus' philosophical essay, The Myth of Sisyphus, a fable is used as a metaphor for the futility of man's endless search for meaning and clarity. Camus' view on the absurd led me to consider the structure of the book, questioning its form and the effort that went into creating them. Ultimately this led me to question the very form of something that I consider of value, hence the creation of these 9 books. With these I have striven to attain a sense of futility, whilst being immersed in a love of creation.
